Also mentoring the Junior Support Engineers and providing training were needed.

I also played a role in the businesses bold decision to move from Microsoft Exchange to Google Apps (Workspace) and played a key role in the migration. Managed DHCP, WSUS, and Active Directory Group Policy, and Terminal Server Farms, RDS, RD Gateway. Extensive Knowledge of vendors such as Cisco, Apple, Google, Sophos, CA, Veritas, VMWare and Dell. Working in a mixed platform environment of Windows and Macintosh endpoints. All services carried out in an ITIL focused work ethic including incident, problem, and Change Control Management.
