With over 10 years of experience in data and operations at Annalect, I am a passionate and driven leader who oversees the design, development, and management of data solutions for clients across various industries. My mission is to leverage data and technology to create innovative and impactful insights that inform and optimize business decisions and strategies.As the Director of Data and Operations, I lead a team of talented data engineers and analysts who work with Python, AWS, Redshift, and other tools to handle large-scale and complex data sets. I also collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the quality, accuracy, and security of data and operations. Some of my achievements include delivering a multi-million dollar project that improved data integration and automation for a major retailer, and implementing a data governance framework that enhanced data standards and compliance. I am always eager to learn new skills and explore new opportunities in the data and operations field.
