Throughout my career, I have worked internationally with the world as my workplace. I have a global mindset and have lived 2 years in the U.K. and in China for 13 years. Regardless of job position, the common denominator in my working life has always been to build companies and increase business within various industries.I have many years of experience within logistics – including in Maersk, where I was responsible for starting up and developing a division focused on air freight in Europe and Africa. At Maersk, I have also been responsible for capacity in connection with air freight of goods on a global level, for the largest brands in the world.At DanTransport (part of DSV today), I spent seven years responsible for opening foreign offices and finding agents predominantly in Asia.Since 2008, I have been the CEO of the Norwegian ITP Group, which has more than 20 years of experience in the production of quality goods from Asia and Europe. We develop brands and products within segments including bathroom concepts, furniture, yarn and industry, and we handle the entire supply chain for retailers and brands worldwide.ITP Group is very close to production. This is only made possible by having more than 70 employed engineers, product developers and supervisors in China who are in daily contact with our cooperative factories. This enables us to ensure that our customers receive the best solutions and products on the market.I am driven by getting companies, brands and businesses to grow and create high performance results. That is why ITP Group is also behind its own companies such as Nordic Bath and Colorful Craft.
