As a technology and workflow solutions consultant for SLS Business Solutions, LLC, I provide business process consultation services, as well as a number of off-the-shelf and custom built technology solutions. I manage a number of "cloud services" for SLS, including Google GSuite, Google Compute Engine application deployments and custom Amazon Web Services (AWS) serverless applications. I have also developed a variety of applications in Python, both as command line utilities and cross-platform GUIs, making use of various SDKs and API libraries for cloud based software like SmartSheet, Freshbooks, Slack, and others.At SLS Business Solutions, LLC, I have:Designed and implemented a start-to-finish business process with an emphasis on organization, ease-of-use, and flexibility.Deployed a highly customized project environment using Smartsheet, with user permission controls, automation routines, and an organizational structure tailored to their requirements.Developed 'GeoCodeHero', a geocoding and geospatial solution deployed on AWS as a serverless architecture application that can batch process street addresses and retrieve specific (and difficult to acquire) information needed for business licensing research and filing. I have also written Python routines that make use of the SmartSheet SDK to handle complex automation routines.

I oversee the post-production services for numerous high-profile photographers, which includes training new editing staff, developing style guides with new clients, and hands-on editing for some of our top clients. I have also pioneered a number of business process, and technology solutions that address some of the biggest challenges of our industry. I also conduct regular private consultations, group workshops, and have even been a featured presenter on Creative Live.At Sidecar Post, I have: Created strong branding identity and helped to build a mixed portfolio of revenue, including boutique editing services, consultation, and software utilities.Created unique workflow solution for high-volume photo processing by leveraging Adobe Photoshop Lightroom’s parametric editing - coining the phrase “proxy-editing”. Developed suite of in-house tools based on Python, MacOS Automator, AppleScript, Shell script, and technologies like ExifTool, GraphicsMagick, and GNU Parallel.I developed an in-house physical keyboard solution that speeds up the editing process in Lightroom. This solution is a combination of an off the shelf X-Keys XK60 keyboard, and software I have written to interface with Lightroom. At the time of this writing, it appears to be the only solution of its kind.Along with Jennifer Cody, I co-hosted a one-day live presentation on Creative Live : their highest rated software presentation of all time. This presentation was a deep-dive into the unique file management and post production challenges facing a high-volume event photographer and how we solve those challenges.
