I started my career as a bank teller, serving clients on the front line and developing the ability to influence people on both sides of the counter. From there I have held a variety of increasingly senior roles growing businesses, leading teams and driving sales. One of my most recent realizations is that I have been very lucky to have worked in very people focused and positive corporate cultures all my career and this has fostered my candid and open leadership style.With a focus on strategic growth for SaaS and BPO opportunities in the financial sector, my current role at IFDS positions me at the helm of revenue generation and client growth strategies across Canada, LATAM and the Caribbean regions. My team is dedicated to enhancing fund administration efficiency through innovative and challenge-driven approaches to reinventing the status quo.Prior to joining IFDS I held a variety of leadership roles, including Retail Management, Product Management, Operations and Information Technology. During my career I have also been fortunate to be exposed to a variety of financial service businesses including retail banking, 3rd party (B2B) sales, retail core banking deposits, consumer and commercial mortgage lending, investment lending, commercial & small business banking services, and the asset management industry.
