I devise, setup, maintain, and operate auditing and testing stations for quality control, manufacturing, and reliability testing of thick-film electronic components. I started the CAD department by implementing AutoCadLT (self-taught). I redesigned and rebuilt IMS's one-of-a-kind, automated parts sorting and marking workstations. The seven station upgrade was from VB3 on Windows 3.1 to Java(self-taught) for cross-platform. It's a mix-mash of motors, electrometers, cameras and solenoids. I was part of a 3 man team that designed, built, tested, installed and debugged electro-mechanical, pneumatically driven, security door/gate control systems for prison facilities in MA, CT, RI. We also provided emergency services to these facilities with zero tolerance for lock /door failure. PLC Programming was done in ladder logic.
