Owned P&L on 4 projects lasting 6-12 months with multi-million-dollar budgets, responsible for client relations and all EPCI (Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Installation) planning and delivery for the oil and gas engineering company. . • Managed a team of 5 responsible for operations within sales, supply chain, engineering, production, and installation. • Owned full P&L for a multi-million $ Kuwaiti client project over 32 weeks, leading end-to-end project planning and delivery of 180 units of chemical injection systems (CIS), managing the budget to achieve a 20+% profit margin on the project. • Owned full P&L for a multi-million $ UAE client project in partnership with Petrofac as contractor, supplying 23 stand-alone units of wellhead control panels. Navigated a major supplier error to finish the project ahead of schedule. • Owned full P&L for a multi-million $ Iraq client project with Weatherford as contractor. For the Sulaymaniyah and Rafeediya Shell oil field, successfully delivering wellhead control panels and various types of chemical injection solutions to maintain the integrity of the assets. • Owned full P&L for a million $ project with Technip as contractors for the supply of unique chemical injection skids for 3 island oil fields. Negotiated rate adjustments despite fixed-price contracts to ensure profitability. • Developed and executed end-to-end project plans for each project, overseeing operations of project teams of up to 15 cross-functional staff and liaising with clients and regulatory bodies to meet specifications and ensure compliance.

Organized virtual town hall/chats for new students using social media, during which I shared my experiences; also directed their queries to the relevant professor or management that will address them. Tracked newly admitted student’s social media space to address issues and offer recommendations based on my MBA experience in Dubai thereby assisting them in the transition to life in Dubai. Developed an innovation based growth strategy that will see Egypt based Fresh Home Appliance Company increase their market share over 10% of GCC home appliance market.  Researched and presented five Fields of Play, developed a business concept. In this joint PM and engineering role, responsibilities included all facets of the project planning and delivering including the initial discovery and scope definition conversations with customers, solution engineering, project planning, procurement of materials, manufacturing of solutions, and the final construction/implementation and hand-off to customer. • Directed a $2.5M project to deliver internet Point of Presence to 13 Federal and State offices, building a robust supply chain and service networks to deliver a 99.% increase in service level availability on time and on budget. • Managed relationships with external consultants, government regulators, third-party vendors, tradespeople, QHSE leaders, and a Satellite service provider, to coordinate all aspects of planning, building, and approving the project. • Established partnerships with clients to define project scope and work collaboratively throughout the project.

Analyzed system records/charts and made adjustments to system parameters to ensure optimum system performance.Performed routine/scheduled maintenance on Turbines, Field Gas Compressors (FGC), and other process systems.Performed test of safety systems, and equipments to ensure they are working properly.
