In my role as Deputy Director of Operations at the Florida Medical Association (FMA), the foremost healthcare association in the state, I bring over 15 years of expertise in overseeing and directing diverse facets of the organization. My responsibilities encompass information technology, database administration, and membership operations. Additionally, I contribute support to FMA's operations, communications, business development, administration, and various other projects, adapting to the association's evolving needs and priorities.I possess a strong work ethic and a dedication to core values, showcasing expertise in SQL, Visual Studio, and a continuous learning journey in Python. Additionally, I bring practical experience in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. My approach is characterized by analytical, critical, and strategic thinking, complemented by proficiency in project planning, development, and management. I prioritize teamwork and organizational culture, committing to ongoing improvement and innovation.With a financial background that emphasizes checks and balances, as well as cost/benefit analysis, I am committed to contributing to our company's innovation and advancing the medical profession. My goal is to improve the quality and accessibility of healthcare for all Floridians.
