• In this Coca-Cola North American leadership role, I led a $1 billion P&L with ownership of the Sysco Foodservice Distributor customer. Functions under my leadership included sales, marketing, innovation, strategy and commercial plus matrix accountability and leadership for Field Execution, Product Supply, Category Management, Finance and Legal. • Sysco is The Coca-Cola Company’s largest broadline foodservice distribution customer in North America. • Product Responsibilities included the full Coca-Cola Portfolio - Fountain, Freestyle Cartridges, Bottles, Cans, Chilled Juice, Frozen Juice Concentrate, Roast & Ground Coffee, Liquid Concentrated Coffee, Brewed Tea, Shelf-Stable Dispensed Juice, Aseptic Juice Boxes, Frozen Juice Cups, Smoothies & Bar Mixers as well as brands with Coca-Cola investments.• Collaborated with counterparts to efficiently transport Coca-Cola North America products to key strategic customers including Wendy’s, Subway, Sodexo, Compass, Aramark, Burger King, Hilton, IHG & Jimmy John’s.Achievements: • Successful turnaround of a declining business unit leading to a +6% annual volume growth rate with gross profit increases outpacing case volume growth. • Earned Sysco’s Supplier Excellence Award as one of Sysco’s Top 12 worldwide suppliers out of over 2K suppliers with criteria including - portfolio volume growth, incremental gross profit contribution, category expertise, strategic alignment, system support, innovation, and operational excellence.
