Creative innovator with several patents granted and pending on new to the world technologies for beverage processing and packaging innovations.I have had experience ranging from brown/greenfield manufacturing plant construction to new to the world technology development and invention. Early in my career, I designed processes, control panels, wrote PLC code and commissioned many innovative aseptic (low and high acid), hot-fill, batching/blending etc. I then moved into corporate supply chain engineering building factories as the process engineering subject matter expert, also accountable for delivering whole multi-million dollar capital projects. I then went into R&D and spent time learning and leading groups in productivity, packaging, process engineering, product development, fountain and food service equipment development and water technology before finding a niche in process engineering and new technology development, where my group was responsible for finding technologies to make products where there was no infrastructure in place to produce, resulting in several patents and technology developments.Strong project management & strategy skills in both supply chain capital project execution & R&D innovation projects. I also became the go-to project lead for major merger & acquisition projects from due diligence to integration for R&D.
