Happy and satisfied people are sources of energy for organizations, contrary to dissatisfied and disappointed people, who are blocking their own development and that of their environment.Therefore it is sometimes necessary to confront people with their ineffective behavior and try and adapt a slightly different attitude. Once people experience what a small change in behavior brings about in terms of increased effectiveness, they for sure are convinced.The fact, that we have our firm believes, certainly doesn't mean, that these believes are correct.
