I am a Learning Design & Business Trainer with a special interest in Hybrid Learning. My mission is to elevate digital and immersive learning experiences to rival or surpass premium "live" interactions. With new technologies and platforms like Klaxoon®, learning is becoming more accessible and impactful than ever. We now need to create innovative, engaging, and transformative learning experiences specifically tailored for their media – that's where I come in.With 20+ years of experience as a Management & Leadership trainer, I have worked around the world, serving organisations of all sizes delivering transformative learning experiences. While I enjoy “live” training, I recognise that travel is costly and unsustainable. It’s time to embrace new learning technologies. While we might travel less, new technologies mean learning travels more freely and cheaply than ever before. Today, with the right approach, we can elevate remote learning to near “live” experiences, and new technologies even enhance and extend “live” learning long after the event is over.
