My experience encompasses the full range of commercial and intellectual property damages, including forensic analysis associated with developing underlying data incorporated in damages models. In regard to my valuation experience, I have prepared business valuations of closely held companies, financial instruments, and complex assets for litigation, transaction, estate & gift tax, and financial reporting purposes.I couple my background in engineering with my expertise in financial analysis to develop rigorous understandings of underlying technology and financial processes. My experience base ranges from multi-national companies and assets to small closely-held companies. I have performed analyses for a wide range of industries including manufacturing, transportation, financial services, real estate, and technology related companies.
