I reviewed complaints against physicians, physician assistants, massage therapists, and nonlicensees for compliance with statutes and rules. I recommended issuance of subpoenas and interviewed and deposed expert and other witnesses. I reviewed difficult and complex allegations when disciplinary action was contemplated against a licensee or applicant, and prepared these and other cases for formal action.

I handled contempt proceedings, paternities, interstate actions, and complaints for support and medical insurance enforcement. I enforced compliance with court and administrative orders.
