• Managed the implementation of an IT vendor evaluation program. Responsibilities included creating a system for objectively evaluating IT vendors, developing communication materials for program stakeholders, implementing a program survey, and analyzing survey results• Conducted an in-depth analysis on the spend data of three of Emerson’s key IT vendors. Spend analysis focused on the identification of trends and outliers within a set of annual spend data totaling approximately $93 million• Presented results of initial IT vendor evaluations and a summary of spend data analysis to Chief Information Officer and members of the Emerson IT Council

• Draft and/or review documentation for applications and processes for large and complex projects. This includes Project Scope Documents (PSD) and briefs for the Project Evaluation Board. Creates and distributes weekly project statuses/updates, organizes and conducts weekly project meetings and tracks schedules, issues, and tasks on a project.• Perform analysis to identify/verify production application issues and to determine solutions for production application issues and manages project plans.• Identify and document Functional Requirements, conducting requirements gathering sessions and creating the PSD. •Duquesne Light Project: Responsible for the testing of custom web-based interfaces and Oracle’s Customer Care & Billing application. Also accountable for knowledge transfer to client through on-site presentations and the creation of functional documentation.•Created marketing materials for the products and services implemented throughout the Duquesne Light Project.•Assisted with the formation of the Denver-based Solution Center for the Integration & Cloud Solutions group.

•As part of Gallo Winery’s Management Development Program I managed 25 accounts in the Alameda/Oakland Area.•Responsibilities included: selling in displays, merchandising product, and solving any issues that arose during these processes.
