Advocating for and guiding organizations in maximizing the use of technology assets has been a passion of mine for as long as I can recall. In my roles over the last 20 years, I have been directly involved in planning and directing the implementation of IT systems and the systems implemented to monitor, manage, and maintain business-critical processes. I have worked with hundreds of organizations throughout the country in a wide variety of industries, with a particular focus on leveraging technology to provide insights and meet business goals. This includes working in an advisory virtual CIO role in developing business IT strategy roadmaps, including planning and budgeting for organizations. Additionally, this has included creating information security policies and business continuity plans. I've also held a scoping, business analysis, and project management role in projects. I have also engineered and implemented IT projects, including cloud migrations, on-premise infrastructure refreshes, Active Directory mergers, and more.
