Plan, design and implementation Citrix of products (Sharefile, XenMobile, XenDesktop 7.15 LTSR). Successfully upgraded Citrix environment from 7.6 to 7.15. Completed project and daily operations work simultaneously to keep Citrix environment stable an implement new products to the Citrix environment. Planed, designed and implemented 125 VDI desktops through Machine Creation Service (MCS). Currently migrating from Server 2008 to Server 2016 PVS images. Migrated published applications to XenApp 7.6 from XenApp 6.5. Configured Group Policy and Citrix policies for the Citrix 7.6 Environment. Optimized Windows 2008 R2 servers for Citrix Environment. Developed documentation for handover to Operations Support. Instructed Operations Support how to utilize new environment as well as changes to the environment. Assisted in optimization of Citrix Profile Management and fast login times System Administrator in which my primary responsibilities are to directly support over 1700+ Wintel servers and also provide 3rd level support for an additional 63 Transmission hosted within Entergy's network infrastructure. My position requires a strong background in the installation, modification and support of Windows Operating systems which is important because of the day-to-day responsibilities which include the installation, monitoring, optimizing, problem resolution, root cause analysis, management and documentation of all server related issues.
