A Fellow of CIMA with almost 15 years post qualification experience, including 10 years in senior management roles. Adept at streamlining and turning cumbersome manual processes into user-friendly documents. My skills in identifying where efficiency improvements can be made has led to Project Manager roles. My recent experience of leading, developing and delivering process improvements by linking time recording equipment to payroll software (previously a manual operation), resulted in migrating 70% of colleagues from weekly to monthly pay, reducing the number of monthly payroll runs from twelve to two and saving 300 hours of processing time each year. My reputation for developing genuine, trusting relationships and strong teams has seen me mentor and coach colleagues towards achieving their CIMA and AAT qualifications. I have an exceptional ability to maintain a ‘big picture’ view on an organisation and in my management role at Siemens, defined and planned the business unit’s strategy with this in mind. My experience with restructure and redundancy programmes enhanced my skills in cross functional working and strategic reviews with a lean, forward thinking focus – something I am passionate about.
