Projects Handled:ALVEO, The Travertine at Portico Tower 2ALVEO, Portico Townhouse - Brownstone Villas● Completed the structural construction of the Travertine Portico Tower 2 and Portico Townhouse A – Brownstone Villas.Duties and Responsibilities:1.) Stand as the QS Lead for the immediate Civil, Structural and Architectural issues and concerns of the project.2.) Presentation of the project updates to QS Heads/Managers in relation to QS key responsibilities.3.) Responsible on preparing bid documents for the tendering and procurement process in collaboration with the project team for the various construction work packages that needs to be awarded.4.) Responsible on tender analysis of the submitted bids as well as to check if it stays within the project budget.5.) Presentation and recommendation of the evaluated or reconciled bid proposals to the bidding committee together with the project team for final negotiation.6.) Reviewing of newly released plans, construction bulletins and site Instructions and check whether if such documents have a cost impact to the project as well as preparation of cost analysis to be submitted to respective client as claims and will be processed as change orders.7.) Preparation, documentation and collaboration with project team for the submission of monthly client billings.8.) Keep up with the updates on the various monitoring of the project such as subcontractor bonds, subcontractor billings and client billings, change orders, charges and work procurement packages.

Using of engineering software's such as SAP & OnBase for the processing of progress billings, purchase requests, monitoring of budget and overviewing of projects financial status and history.5.) Reconciliation of unit rates, quantity and other requirements with the client and vendors.6.) Processing of progress billings, payments, final payments, final accounts, claims, charges and other settlements with the subcontractor and to other MDC projects.7.) Processing of change orders by evaluating certain drawings, documents and justifications whether it is from client or MDC initiative.8.) Preparation of detailed quantity take off for the different scopes of Civil, Structural and Architectural works via Bluebeam Revu or Planswift.
