I am an experienced M&A advisor to corporate and private equity clients supporting their end-to-end transaction activities, including deal strategy and execution, cross-functional due diligence, integration, and post-close value capture. I advise a broad range of stakeholders, including boards, senior executive leadership, corporate development, M&A finance, FP&A, and BU leaders. I have worked with some of the most sophisticated companies through transformational transactions, including cross-border deals and complex carve-out transactions in the TMT, business services, and retail sectors.
