John has been graduating Amazing students for 57 years and loves every minute. John always is focusing on their mindset and having them build their self esteem and self confidence. John knows if they have the need to serve others and believes in themselves he can teach them the design and craft skills for a career success. Today is unlike any time in the past. Student are much more fragile, emotional and they need discipline, passion and much more guidance that passed generations. Well rounded Education is far more important that just hard skills as former alumni. There is so much unrest in our society it is easy for them to drift away from succeeding. So reinforcing their graduation and licensing is our ultimate goals. It works as long as we constantly brings them to the big picture and their purpose.

John Amico is an entrepreneur and business leaders. The John Amico Hair Care Products founded 1962 and The John Amico School Of Cosmetology founded in 1965 are leading authorities on fashion. The company is focused on professional education. Education for the salon/spa owner and renters. The John Amico group has been a major factor developing franchised salon chains and John was on the Board of the International Franchise Association. He has been a partner in franchise concepts with Fred DeLuca founder and owner or Subway International. John spends much of his time developing products with the John Amico School and Business Training for Salon Owners.His family own the Noah's Ark Animal Workshops the largest independent network of woman who conduct on location Stuff and Fluff Animals Workshops for children. John has worked with start ups and we’ll known brands. The most notable was Subway for over 15 years was a equity partner in other businesses owned by the founders Fred DeLuca and Peter Buck. John speaks at Franchise Corporate Conventions and presents his view on the Superlative Franchisee. His concept drives the message of focusing on being the best team player in the company. John a member of the International Franchise Association and a Board Member. During his tenure he and Fred DeLuca were co chairmen of the Membership Committee. They had double digit membership growth and improved retention. Today, John is very selective of which franchise organizations he will share his time and experience. In addition, for the last 50 years we have been manufacturing hair and body care products throughout the US. Thousands of salons carry our products on a direct basis, they are exclusive and non diverted. Each winter we take these salon professionals on an educational annual conference. Our next 2023 Educational Conference will be Feb 6 to 13 Cabo San Lucas. Education of our future licensed stylists, esthetics/ skin care specialist makeup pro, nail artist, salon and spa owners is still our priority. We have recently expanded our main campus to add an expansion spa campus which and recently opened another John Amico Campus.
