Assembled API product and engineering team to provide integration support, established 2 year API roadmap for Consumer and Enterprise divisions aligning growth and sales objectives and worked closely with engineering to define a common framework for data egress/ingress APIs. • Aligning product and membership services strategy to deliver world-class member support. Established KPIs for membership services health primarily focused on the member messaging channel, drove chatbot deflection strategies and defined product strategy to support the membership services requirement to support 5-10x in member engagement. Decreased destructive member experiences by 70%.• Internationalizing WHOOP for strategic markets. Assembled a cross-enterprise team spanning product, engineering, marketing and membership services to support internationalization and localization programs. Drove product enhancements to achieve scale across new markets. Onboarded translation vendors, enhanced product ops and drove product and product design training to ensure global product management readiness.• Integration of WHOOP into meaningful WHOOP Live experiences across strategic sport verticals. Worked with strategic third parties and engineering to introduce proprietary WHOOP calorie and strain scores into live broadcast events (e.g. NASCAR races).
