AVP & Account Executive, Contract and Commercial Bonding. Surety group operations of credit placement for mid-size and large business partners, to Fortune 1000 companies including Oil and Energy Services (Upstream through Downstream), Private Equity transactions, Infrastructure, Asset Maintenance, Construction, Corrections, Correctional Healthcare and Telecommunications - mature and start-ups. Develop and maintain key relationships with both business partners and surety underwriting companies/ underwriters, to service the needs of both parties in business relationships. Derive, structure and implement customer tailored programs and services for unique accounts and situations.

Commercial and Property lines. Responsible for the process of incoming new loss information, including servicing of customers via the claim appraisal process.

Involved in the sales, marketing, and management of new homes within certain subdivisions. In charge of a proposed 127 unit neighborhood along with its development, construction, and maintenance.
