Was responsible for day-to-day financial operations – made deposits, payments, and purchases, and coinciding journal entries on Sage Peachtree. Reconciled and prepared financial statements for Abingdon’s yearly audit. Spread the budget for the coming 2011-2012 fiscal year for board approval. Assisted with marketing (contacting potential advertisers), fundraising, and database upkeep. Several times a day, reminded my co-worker, who sat across from me, that reading about the Yankees was not his job, nor was watching Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas.

Helped maintain order at the construction sight, Handled deliveries and trash pick-ups. Completed odd jobs around the construction sight. Assisted in improving communications between the Jamiacan electricians and the Russian site manager.
