Preparation of management reports;- Key Performance Indicators analysis (KPI´S);- Conduct studies and analyzes;- Develop and strengthen relationships with cost center owners within the Company (monthly meetings to review cost center results and KPI´s);- Prepare and provide timely monthly Budget Variance Reports (BVRs); Actual vs. Plan/Forecast for monthly reviews with cost center owners; - Construction and monitoring the company's budget;- Assist in the management and Controlling cost-profit centers;- Preparation of proposals / calculation and monitoring of key business KPIs;- Business intelligence implementation - Balance Scorecard and Performance Prism;- Sales Analysis and prepare reports to review with Sales Team (Current Pipeline vs. Plan/Forecast);- Manage the companys reporting calendar;- Take the lead role in managing and preparing the companys monthly decks.

- Business Implementation (Parking) - 6 parking lots in Portugal;- Strategic and Operational Management;- Financial Control;- Team Management ;- Responsible for developing the software to issue notices of payment for improper parking.

- Assist in carrying out managerial objectives;- Support the annual budget and budgetary control;- Prepare reports with management information;- Maintain Control Sheet;- Create miscellaneous reports (reports of sales, leases, investments, etc.).- Support the development of the Business Plan;- Conduct economic feasibility studies;- Develop processes to improve performance.

- Financial analysis of accounts in accordance with its materiality;- Check the internal rules are being followed;- Review the need to improve the existing national rules;- Reporting to Management.
