Working as part of the Customer Experiance Delivery team. I was responsible for ordering, managing and implementating a wide range of telecommunication products ranging from single telephone lines and broadband lines through to hosted multisite VoIP solution for businesses across the country. My role specalised in migrating customers from analogue services to our Hosted VoIP product "Future Office" , providing guidance and support for presales, through to technical troubleshooting once deployed

Working within "Information Services"my role provided 1st line support directly to students experiencing difficulties using the University’s ‘core’ IS services. This included network accounts, printing, scanning, PC failures, the Wireless Eduroam service and guidance for the normal operation of Windows XP/Vista/7, Microsoft Office Suite and other software. In addition i provided 2nd line on-site support for University Hall residents managing issues with the student Resident Network, Internet Telephone or TV related queries working in shift patterns.

Provided 1st and 2nd line IT Support For Staff & Students as a work experience student managing issues with network accounts, PC and Software faults, In Classroom smartboards, Projectors and other devices reported to us via either the ticket system or face to face. Along side this i supported the IT Services in the rollout of Windows 7 across all college sites for staff and student machines and provided support for hall of residents trying to connect to the network with personal laptops and gaming devices.
