Managed multiple simultaneous software development projects for Fidelity’s Web Content Services Group. Led multi-national and multi- disciplined teams through the full software delivery lifecycle using Fidelity’s Agile Methodology. Created project, sprint, iteration and installation plans. Enhanced and maintained the Fidelity.com website which has 3 million web pages and receives over 3 million hits and 2 million unique visitors per day.

Managed software development projects for Syngenta’s R&D Division. Led multi-national multi-disciplined teams through the full software delivery lifecycle using a Scrum Agile framework in a continuous integration environment. Managed scope definition, project plans, requirements gathering, resource planning, budgets, cost containment, prototyping, design, test development, and user acceptance criteria. Created project, sprint, and iteration plans. Guided all projects through Syngenta’s Business Change Management process.
