CurrentAs the primary recruiter for all North American hiring at SecureWorks, I oversee recruitment across technical verticals, corporate functions, and sales roles. I leverage my extensive experience to provide strategic advisement and mentorship, ensuring the talent acquisition processes operate efficiently and deliver top-tier talent across the board.A key part of my approach is leveraging AI to enhance recruitment processes. From writing job descriptions and analyzing candidate profiles to stack ranking and developing screening questions, AI enables me to be more present during interviews and strategic conversations. I also utilize AI to transcribe calls and automate tasks, streamlining operations and improving the candidate experience.I lead full life cycle recruitment efforts, managing requisition loads, developing pipelines, and engaging with candidates. I run weekly and quarterly update meetings with hiring leaders and executive sponsors, advising on recruitment trends, filling the top of the funnel, and optimizing internal interview processes for continuous improvement.A highlight of my work was building the Taegis Product Engineering team from a startup within the organization to the robust product team that it is today. I filled highly specialized technical roles such as Golang Developers, DevOps Engineers, Frontend Engineers, Product Managers and Data Scientists, and co-developed technical screens and coding challenges to ensure we attracted and selected the best talent for our teams.Previously, I managed a team of three Recruiters and one Sourcer, providing coaching and mentorship to help drive recruitment success.
