About John Martin

Though my job function requires me to be highly technical, my passions require me to be highly creative. I'm a self taught filmmaker having filled various roles in Live Broadcast (NBC Affiliate - Fresno, CA) from Production Assistant, to Audio Op, as well as Camera Operator for all things live or pre-recorded. Eventually I was transitioned into Master Control, which lead me to my current and highly technical position as an Ad Insertion Tech Ops Specialist. Though filmmaking has been the central point of focus most of my life, my interests have shifted as I've aged. Longing for a skill set that serves a greater purpose, I've naturally gravitated to Carpentry and Woodworking, which both my Grandfathers shared a passion for, as well as Real Estate.
