Global Client Manager (ENEL Group Account)Managing the account one of the largest new ATOS customers in 2016 (consisting of ENEL based in Rome, the largest Energy Provider in Italy, Endesa based in Madrid, the largest Energy provider in Spain and Enersis in South America). The Managed Services contract consists of Service Desktop, Workplace Services and Distributed Data Centre services for 80,000 users across Europe and South America.

Get Well Plan Executive (Philips Account)Led a Get-Well Plan for the Philips account based in Eindhoven for a SAP outsourcing deal which consists of offshoring SAP support to India.

Currently based in Frankfurt and previously Singapore but globally responsible for contractual delivery and P & L for the BASF account at Atos. This consists of a varied portfolio of ITO services (including Service Desk, Onsite, Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and PLM services delivered to BASF locations in nearly 88 countries in 20 languages across the globe. These services are supported and delivered from ATOS delivery centers in the US, Philippines, Malaysia, Singapore, Brazil, Mexico, China & Germany.

I supported the project and service ramp up of the Deutsche Bank account at ATOS for the investment bank.

Recent large programs led includeThe consolidation & optimization of Data Centers in South & Central America into three new Data Centers located in Sao Paulo, Buenos Aires & Mexico City to significantly reduce cost in infrastructure expenditure and to harmonize the service portfolio to that of the Siemens global model.The SCADA replacement project which successfully replaced the SCADA systems for monitoring & controlling the Baggage Handling Systems for London Heathrow Airport, Terminals 1, 3 & 4.Many large Infrastructure, SAP, Media & Off-shoring projects at the British Broadcasting Corporation (BBC) Additionally during the same period, Head of infrastructure (ORS) Project Management for the BBC Account:-In charge of all BBC ORS projects and programs which included line management responsibility for approximately 20 project managers. Portfolio role of 15 separate strategic Transition & Transformation projects to the BBC which involved the transition of services from BBC to Siemens and transformation from CMO to FMO. This included Service Desk, Exchange and Messaging, Desktop and Office, Enterprise Toolsets and automation technologies, Server Consolidation and Data Centre.

Leading a varied number of large infrastructure projects for the BBC including a Server Consolidation and Storage Program, a Mobility Project a Storage Project, a VOIP Project and a number of Server and Desktop Projects
