In charge of all client delivery including, but not limited to all project/program opportunity identification, development, build out, quoting and delivery. Projects range from small, six-month endeavors all the way to large, complex, enterprise programs. This position works as a subject matter expert (SME) for all project related activities on the CEO/CIO level, but also as a SME for technical components. Working with managed voice, cloud services, telecom, PSA/ERP/CRM, website design and too many more to list.• Responsible for all SaaS and product management to include planning, implementation, testing and acceptance of technology solutions for a large portfolio of clients.• Responsible for contract management, to include development of boilerplate maintenance and support contract terms, including SLAs and performance metrics• In charge of all project/program opportunity identification, quoting, product development, solution configuration, , and delivery• Responsible for complete IT supply chain management process development and oversight, to include procurement, receiving, product development, delivery, and ongoing asset management• Created all tools and templates built to work within both Waterfall and Agile methodologies • Train, coach, and mentor business and technical staff to ensure focus and alignment with business and client objectives • Responsible for the new and continuous development/implementation of new policies and standard operating procedures for multiple technology and business-related processes• Manage all client, vendor and managed services account support, as well as a service desk that supporting over 96 clients nationally• Responsible for Statement of Work (SOW), Bill of Materials (BOM), and Contract creation, as well as account management and maintenance and support oversight
