Organize the functioning of the cashiers of the store. Training new employees and co-conducting interviews for candidates. Providing leadership through demonstrations of customer service and ensuring every customer has a hassle free experience obtaining their course materials and supplies. Opening and closing procedures. Maintaining records of transactions and store paperwork. Support for the store manager on other tasks as needed and on a regular basis.

As an organization ISPN strives to connect activists on multiple campuses and empower students to push for change on and off campus. As an organizer I help to structure gatherings, fundraise, and recruit new and existing activists into the organization.

The Board of Directors is the decision making body for the organization, and ensures smooth running of the organization. Responsibilities include approval of the annual budget, organizing of conferences, and ensuring operation of campaigns. The Board meets in person at various locations around the country multiple times a year, and operates in between meeting via conference calls and email. Also trained as a speaker for the organization's speakers' bureau, including media interviews on behalf of the organization.
