Since 2020, I've been steeped in the recovery community, and have had to work around all the challenges that COVID has brought to the mental health field. Though my background is in the business realm, my ability to look at both the macro and micro helped propel me to become a manager at a dual-diagnosis (drug/alcohol and mental illness) rehab within few months, and become a director within a year. I'm truly passionate about the work I do -- the stakes are high in recovery, and getting to see the clients transform in the ways they do is truly a privilege.As a leader, I am very community oriented and others-focused, and bring a distinctively warm and helpful attitude which has helped my teams be more creative, productive, and provide an excellent level of care to the clients who depend on us to get well.
