This is is an extension of the workshops I run on campus which cover academic skills. The increased use of online methods for support and communications build on the skills I developed as part of the Online Librarian Support service at UWE Bristol. I now spend a significant proportion of my time using bespoke remote support software as well as Teams to support customers across the globe.I am a key member of the Blackboard team. Every month (Schiller utilizes a monthly teaching system) I am responsible for creating and populating the course shells for faculty. I also provide extensive support for student and faculty with key plug ins, SafeAssign and Respondus Lockdown Browser.
