I’m an agile enthusiast in the constant effort of adding value to the product and process with my knowledge and experience. Create an environment where everyone learns from each other working together focusing on the same goal.My performance, energy, and willingness to share my knowledge with others resulted in the opportunity to be part of several projects and traveled outside of the country to train others. My success in this roles emanated from my enthusiasm and the constant desire to improve.I worked in Autoweb as an Agile Coach. I Accompany and follow up with the scrum team ensuring that they are using the good practices and follow the ceremonies, respecting the roles and artifacts we use Scrum or Kanban. I was developer at Xerox Corp. Guatemala since January 2014. I've been empowered to create new solutions and create better code versioning management. Also, with my knowledge of Scrum I've been able to contribute the using of the framework and their artifacts to create a high performance team. I was developer at BDG, S.A. for more than 1 year outsourcing to Banco G&T Continental – ENGAGE, one of the biggest banks in Guatemala.  As you can see from my enclosed resume, my responsibilities were twofold: Ensure full functionality of the required assigned projects and the analysis of new ways to make these processes more efficient. While in this role, I have delivered solid performance metrics, and I have received recognition from Upper Management because of my focus on a job well done
