As a Process Engineer at Conard Corporation, I apply my Manufacturing Engineering background and sheet metal design expertise to optimize and enhance the production of high-quality products. I work with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements, reduce costs and waste, and ensure system safety and compliance.Previously, I was a Process Engineer at Shurtape Technologies, where I contributed to the design, testing, and validation of adhesive tapes and dispensers. I used SolidWorks, Microsoft Word, and other tools to create and document engineering specifications, drawings, and reports. I also communicated effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and quality standards.
