As Grocery Manager, some managerial tasks I do include write schedules, use scan gun to write grocery orders, provide job performance reviews of team members and training new hires for grocery and produce departments on how to provide excellent customer service while working. As for the team leadership part of this position, I would supervise all departments such as bakery, deli, meat and seafood in the evening along with effectively communicating goals and expectations with team members every day.
