Our Client Liaison plays an integral role in managing the flow of information between our veterinary staff and clients and are an essential part of our daily operations. Duties include (but aren't limited to) booking patient appointments, conveying detailed information regarding patient status, doctors’ reports/updates, and instructions, and providing general information regarding routine, specialty, and emergency pet care.

Provide medically necessary hands-on assistance with activities of daily living including assistance with: mobility, passive range of motion exercises, assistance with medications, accompanying the consumer employer to medical appointments, assisting the consumer employer with maintaining wheelchairs and adaptive equipment.

West Roxbury, Ma

Maintain financial transaction records via established accounts, posting transactions, and upkeep of historical records. Balance general ledgers, due balances, and implementation of updated/bespoke services for new/established clients. Manage inventory stock, product control and shipping through third party warehousing. Implement automated order placement and fulfillment system including warranty coverage and facilitated RMA services.
