Hello ! I usually go by JB, I am an ambitious, self motivated competitive man from Saint Louis. Looking for a place of employment where I feel they value me as much as I value what I do. Hard working, and dedicated to getting the job done no matter how hard or tedious the task may be. I pride myself on not having much schooling except a yr of online classes, but having the things that you can’t teach. Things like work ethic, accountability, coachable , integrity, and a humble beginnings for respect to sympathize and connect with people. A little info on my career with Rent A Center and why I am currently looking for a new team. I been working at Rent A Center since the summer of 2019. I ran a store and was both a sales and a lead assistant in my time. After profiting at my store, a challenge was made to me to go help save a store that was on the brink of closing and I could make more than what I was as a SM. My team and I ended up saving it and turning a profit in the 4th quarter. However, a family emergency is causing me to move away. So the store that we saved is no longer going to be mine. I greatly appreciate everything and everyone I had the chance to work with. I want to find something with a new company where I can grow and expand my skill sets. If you read until this point, you have to be thinking… JB is the guy for me !! I hope ;)
