Supervise staff of three (AP Clerk, Degreed Staff Accountant, Property Tax Clerk) Oversee entire general ledger month-end close Review monthly financial statements for accuracy and completeness Prepare quarterly shareholder reports and variance analysis Coordinate audit and tax engagements Work with Vice-Presidents and President in creating ad-hoc reports

Train three staff members on new accounts receivable software and procedures Create and implement new accounting procedures and processes Create and edit Crystal Reports for internal and external users Collaborate with sales offices and corporate departments to increase efficiencies

Timely complete monthly general ledger cycle Reconcile fourteen bank reconciliations each month Calculate multiple allocations percentage Prepare monthly balance sheets and profit loss statements for over ten entities
