In this role, I was given autonomy to create, build and execute processes (from Accounting and Account Management to Project Management and Sales) for an agency, that despite it's tenure, had limited structure. Here I learned the basic fundamentals of how to manage a client-facing business that eventually transitioned into starting Tijoh.

In this role, I was given the opportunity to delve into the world of restaurant loyalty and technology when the concept of Off-Premise started to appear in the industry. I developed and executed strategic national off-premise sales and marketing initiatives that impacted over 80+ restaurants : third party delivery, mobile app, website, online ordering, catering, call center, loyalty marketing and voice of customer initiatives.
