Be proactive and personable in greeting and assisting guests to their seats.Scan event tickets ensuring that the proper ticket is being used to gain entryProvide accurate arena and event information and direct guests accordingly.Be familiar with the Arena’s policies and procedures, including emergency evacuation plans.Have the ability to anticipate needs, assess situations and act accordingly.Understanding of the arena layout including seat locations, hospitality spaces, concessions, and area around the arena and assist in managing with foot traffic flow for large crowds.Must be flexible with position assigned, understanding the duties may change based on need and/or situation.Standing, sitting, and being stationary in one area during the duration of the shift.Event Staff will work in loud and dark environments.Report any customer issues and building safety issues to supervisors.Other duties as assigned.
