About Johnathan Davis, Lpc, Ncc

Native to Atlanta with a passion for social services, jazz music, leadership and skydiving. I've had the opportunity to work for a number of organizations with mission statements aimed at increasing the quality of life for others, and working in executive leadership capacities at the State, regional, system, and local levels. I'm a firm believer in operating from a goal-oriented and people-oriented leadership style while creating momentum and synergy to create a healthy, high performing work environment. Achieving goals, stretching perspectives and developing others are life passions and skills that I have sharpened through education and experience. My particular leadership strengths include project management of small and large-scale human service initiatives, staff and organizational development, board development, system and organizational strategy, business management, and community and stakeholder engagement. I’ve contributed to the development of national standards in behavioral health programs, spearheaded national models at the intersections of behavioral health and policing, presented at a variety of conferences, and given lectures at collegiate and postgraduate institutions. #ProudUncle
