Teaching beginner bands for Flat Irons, Bear Creek, University Hill, and Eisenhower schools.

• Oversees all fiscal, artistic, logistical, philosophical, and competitive operations of the corps• Set and achieved long-term goals to take the organization from zero start up funds to an operating budget of $500,000 per year within three years• Hire/manage a team of more than fifty nationally known show designers, experienced truck drivers, educational teams, food service workers, medical staff, and administrative volunteers to operate a two month interstate traveling organization• Organize competitive summer tour with Drum Corps International officials. This includes hosting an annual Drum Corps Exhibition in Houston, TX• Set long-term plans with the educational faculty to foster a philosophical belief of “excellence through quality experiences”

Edit all projects and send them to the respective clients. Design all drill requested.

• Rehearsed and oversaw the education and operation of several ensembles including marching band, pep band, wind ensemble, jazz band, jazz combo, orchestra, and symphonic orchestra.• Taught other music related courses including piano and AP music theory.• Progressed to the state marching band contest and earned fifth place.
