A new role within our brand new company for 2013, Bilfinger Industrial Automation Services Ltd (BIAS) is the merger of two leading EC&I Companies focused on offering combined service solutions to large scale projects and strengthening the relationships with our existing clients on their critical projects. From here on out my role will be focused on raising brand awareness, local accounts management, lead generation and eventually face to face time with new business development as our company gradually becomes more end user facing, hopefully career wise progressing into a more legal, contract based role.I see this as an excellent opportunity to raise the profile of the business and naturally progress into a more legally based role in the future.Being part of the €7 billion Bilfinger Berger Group, we become more competitive in terms of financial security, the ability to take on projects of scale and having clearer corporate strategies set for continuous improvement focused around quality, training and safety.Unique in the marketplace, BIAS can now offer all the services below from one company, with a unique management interface focused around cost savings and risk reduction. We listened to our clients consistent feedback and they felt managing these multiple interfaces between separate companies, often led to cost escalation and project overruns.
