Heading up the risk and compliance function for both CSInsurance and our overseas entity.

Managing the Risk & Compliance activities of the MGA firms within the GRP group. Providing R&C support to the board of directors for the MGA firms.

Management and oversight of complaints function.Management and oversight of quality assurance.Active involvement in onboarding new third parties, brokers and insurers.Completion of due diligence for new contracts including sanctions & credit checks.Assisting with monitoring of internal regulatory & governance frameworks.Writing and developing 'best practice frameworks' for account handlers.Assisting senior management and directors with various ad hoc projects as an when required. I currently sit on the Complaints, CASS, Operations and Product Oversight and Government committees and have an active role within them.Line management experience.

• Complete Partner Assurance review of DUA contacts from various business units.• Act as point of contact during DUA review process.• Daily use of BARs and ATLAS.• Developing and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.• Deal with incoming requests and queries from relevant stakeholders.• Provide advice and assistance to business units while drafting new DUA.
