I am responsible for both short-term and long-term assessments according to the RAI manual; billing for both Medicare/Medicaid and private insurance with some coding experience.

Responsibilities included: scheduling CNA's and Nurses, admissions, assessments, medication list/ordering medications for admits, discharges, chart maintenance, leading status meetings, HR duties (discipline and rewarding staff), working with union staff, and establishment of new incentive programs to build morale and reduce turnover rates among CNA's.

Responsible for direct patient care, skin assessments, medication passes, admission assessments and care plan develoopment, discharge information, contacting physicians for status updates and implementing new care plans.
