At Schoenfelder Renovations, I am tasked with receiving and processing an awarded project throughout its Pre-Production phase. Varying from documentation & Take Offs of materials, sourcing of vendors, working within prescribed Mood Boards and inspiration materials, and interfacing with customer questions and revisions, carrying all the way through until a project is able to be started. From there, I work with the Production team in documenting any Change Orders, or developments that need further input from the appropriate stakeholders. Upon completion of a job, I proceed to foster a continued relationship with the customer and ensure that if they are in need of any further renovating solutions, that I am happy to be able to be of service.

At Service Restoration, I was tasked with Sketching, Estimating, Negotiating, and file maintenance of projects as they came in, and progressed through the stages of Pre-Production, to WIP, to Accounts Payable. Upon receiving a 3D scan of the loss location/remodeling project from my Project Manager, I would assemble a 3D sketch to base all my measurements upon, and proceed to prescribe a scope of repairs in order to return the location to a pre-loss condition, or to the desired new appearance. From flooring, to drywall, painting, finish carpentry, framing, working with MEP vendors, as well as estimating based off of vendor bids, architectural drawings, and engineering reports, no two jobs would be the same when it came to locating the best course of action and assigning a repair. From there, I'd work with the customer's insurance carrier to validate 100% coverage for all repairs prescribed, and achieve an approval from the Adjuster before passing off the project to my Production team to interface with the customer from there. As the job progresses, I would also facilitate any Change Orders, Supplements, or further communications with the insurer to provide updates regarding the project's completion, upon which a completion packet would be submitted and the file resolved.

Initially brought on as a Field Sales Rep, I was promoted to a management role after taking on multiple BNI meetings, oversee Adjuster visits with the employees I trained, and assist with lead acquisition & distribution of the leads I procured to my team in order to ensure that everyone's needs were met. While conducting exteriors inspections, I would educate the customer on what damages I located (Hail, wind, etc.) and provide insight into the claims process in order to get these repairs covered by insurance. Then, once the sale was made, I'd assist the customer through the claims filing process and re-visit the site once the assigned Adjuster came to inspect. From here, I'd assist the production team with scoping and materials ordering, as well as selections with the customer. Once the project began, I would be on site for the initial tear-off and verification of integrity for the new to be installed upon. If there were any discoveries of conditions that would prohibit work, or otherwise any developments that needed documentation, I would continue to work with the insurance company in order to get everything covered.

As a Field Service Technician, I was tasked with repairing, servicing, installing, and removing a variety of different beverage equipment, ranging from espresso machines, to drip coffee, to instant slushy and juice machines. My service locations ranged from coffee shops, to gas stations, hospitals, assisted living facilities, disadvantaged youths, and colleges alike, and I was dispatched all across Minnesota and Wisconsin. I learned a great deal about low/high voltage electrical, how to diagnose/troubleshoot mechanical and software issues, and how to operate in a variety of situations while maintaining operability for the location I was servicing. Troubleshooting would range from a quick 30 second fix, to multiple hours of diagnosing and resolving multiple issues.
