Killeen/Temple, Texas Area

• Worked as an orientation manager for new personnel, with almost no superior supervision. All personnel oriented became productive team members and leaders within five months of arrival.• Deployed in support of Operation Enduring Freedom as a member of a four-person surveillance team. Took part in over fifty complex operations in locations across a large area.• Completed of the Unit Armorer Course, took responsibility of over $100,000 of military equipment in a company arms room. Was also responsible for preparing over one hundred systems for deployment to Afghanistan, and all associated administrative work.

Camp Casey, South Korea

• Was assigned to a Brigade Intelligence Analysis Cell as a technical specialist. Served as a controller for two high-value intelligence collection teams and as a liaison to Brigade Intelligence leaders.• During a high-level exercise, was moved into a special position coordinating multiple high-value intelligence assets in support of a large-scale simulated operation. As a result of my contribution to the exercise, I was recognized with an Army Achievement Medal for outstanding service by the Second Infantry Division Headquarters.• Based on previous experience, was given the opportunity to instruct several classes on military concepts and doctrines. Also, translated previous experience into an orientation brief for incoming personnel.

El Paso, Texas Area

• Served seven months in South America in support of counter-narcotics and counter-terrorism operations, supporting US State Department objectives as a supporting member of US Southern Command.• Responsible for training all incoming personnel in our mission skills and equipment, to perform complex intelligence collection missions in support of counter-narcotics and counter-terrorism operations.• Within one year of arrival, fully mastered all mission-relevant systems and procedures. As a result of having mastered assigned duty position, developed a comprehensive data analysis tool that was subsequently adopted by the Analysis Cell as a part of standard operations.
