Throughout my career, I have developed processes and systems that aid in digital content development, focused primarily on earned media, advertising and branded content.As Creative Producer and Co-Founder of Dugud Lab, I've developed and streamlined creative operations & workflows in video production and still photography. I led all sales/bidding processes and cultivated marketing client-vendor relationships. I've produced projects with budgets that range from $5K to $250K and led teams of 2-25 crew members during my 7 year tenure. As Operations Director with Janet Mock, I was responsible for managing all day-to-day business correspondence, which included booking, project research, appearance logistics and public relations. I provided on-set support with her MSNBC TV show, "So POPular!," a book cover shoot with Mark Seliger, and her Super Soul Sunday appearance with Oprah Winfrey. During my time as Strategic Initiatives Manager at Race Forward, I worked directly with the Executive Suite on strategic planning, cross-functional team building and content management. I was responsible for leading an administrative team and recruiting the volunteer network for the company's biennial conference, Facing Race, in 2014.
